Super friendly staff! Great location - only a 10 min walk to Times Square and near subway stops. Room was spacious and comfy with a king size bed. Loved having air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Breakfast was tasty with hot food. Complimentary water daily was a nice touch too!

Great central location, early check-in, and late check-out flexibility. Adequate breakfast with vegetarian and vegan options.
Felt welcomed, nothing too much trouble.

we stayed at holiday inn express in an ok room, with clean amenities and a decent breakfast. the location was central and easy to walk to most attractions. staff were generally courteous and helpful.
Could not be improved in any way. 😊
